With CW’s hit Show: Riverdale Is returning for Season 5 on January 20th, it is set to feature a 7 year time Jump into the future focusing on the main characters as adults.
According to casting calls for Veronica’s future husband, Chad Gekko, he described as Veronica’s controlling and neurotic husband who works on Wall Street.”Though charming, his failed Ponzi scheme and shady deals with Hiram reveal his moral duplicity, putting Chad’s life in danger” Chad will be a Recurring Character and will be threatened by Veronica’s life in Riverdale, especially her friendship with Archie.
Riverdale has finally cast Chris Mason As Chad Gekko!
Chris Mason Confirmed this with an instagram post which captioned:
“It’s been a pleasure joining this cast and crew. And my character is such a sweetheart ? @thecwriverdale”
According to Deadline, British actor Mason recurred in the Freeform/Warner Horizon series Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists as Nolan Hotchkiss.
He was also a series regular in Season 3 of the ITV/BBC America drama Broadchurch. He recurred in the second season of Dirty John on USA and appeared in HBO Latin America’s limited series The American Guest.
